About the Role
This role offers direct access to founders and founding engineers, allowing you to work hands-on with the core experience of moving real money. You will learn how customer behavior, engineering, financial operations, and commercial decisions connect across a fintech and blockchain product. The position is designed for individuals early in their careers seeking to understand the end-to-end workings of a fintech product, with a defined 24-month growth path.
Responsibilities
- Stay close to support, customer feedback, and product data to understand user struggles.
- Investigate issues alongside engineers, understand impact, trace root causes, and determine next steps.
- Take defined improvements from prioritization through implementation, verification, and measurement.
- Identify recurring problems and improve product flows, monitoring, systems, or internal tools.
- Use AI to accelerate investigation, analyze data, automate repetitive work, and prototype solutions.
- Build the judgment to independently own increasingly complex parts of the core experience over time.
