- Gather requirements for build of new workflows
- Proactively identify core problems or opportunities within business processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable
- 10+ years of experience in Business analysis and process design, preferably within the Payments business or fintech industry
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
