About the Role
We are seeking an individual early in their product career to explore and build new financial products, working directly with founders. This role focuses on turning founder vision and hypotheses into tangible products through customer understanding, evidence, experimentation, and execution, with a growth path over 24 months.
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers, study their behavior, and figure out which problems are worth solving.
- Turn founder hypotheses into testable approaches and manageable first versions.
- Bring evidence that strengthens an idea or changes it.
- Use AI to research, analyze, prototype, and shorten the path from idea to useful learning.
- Work closely with engineering and design to take ideas from concept through launch.
- Measure what happens after something ships and use what you learn to make it better.
- Build the judgment to own increasingly ambitious product opportunities over time.
Requirements
- Evidence of initiative, clear thinking, curiosity, and fast learning.
- Demonstrate something you've built, improved, or taken responsibility for (job, small business, coursework, personal project, or independent creation).
- Curiosity about customers and product economics.
- Comfort with numbers and ability to explain reasoning.
- Ability to respond to feedback and know when to ask for help.
- Care about whether an idea actually creates value for someone.
- Experience using AI to make something useful (prototype, analysis, automation, tool, or other concrete result).
- Ability to explain AI choices, identify mistakes, and improve output.
- Ability to learn technical systems and work effectively with engineers.
