About the Role

The Human Resources Recruiter provides services that contribute to the achievement of aggressive business goals by handling the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Talent Acquisition functions. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers, background and conflict of interest checks, and on-boarding to meet corporate goals.
  • Participate in the employment life cycle, including on-boarding, policy knowledge, benefit administration, payroll, training and development, exit procedures, and unemployment.
  • Determine and recommend recruiting policies and practices to establish a strong employment process.
  • Audit applicant and employee files for compliance.
  • Initiate background and conflict of interest checks to verify candidate eligibility.
  • Generate, maintain, and track advertising and promotional material.
  • Professionally represent ConServe in the general community.
  • Handle candidate communication, including providing feedback, negotiating offers, and acting as a point of contact.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and post-orientation follow-up.
  • Create and maintain employee records in the Human Resources Information System database, ensuring accurate and timely input of applicant and employee information.
  • Generate reports and analyze data.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, printing, scanning, emailing, and copying.
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.
  • Work with all levels of management.
  • Adhere to ConServe’s Blueprint Quality Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program.

Requirements

  • Talent Acquisition/Recruitment background with broad knowledge of employment labor law, sourcing talent, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, affirmative action plans, training, and development.
  • Three+ (3) years HR/Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience or five+ (5) years of broad HR experience.
  • Ability to travel and professionally represent ConServe at job fairs, conferences, and events.
  • Additional broad background and experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and e-mail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, persuade, and negotiate.
  • Team oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a timely and effective manner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • U.S. Citizenship or lawful Permanent Resident alien with three or more years as a permanent resident in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • No conflicts of interest with ConServe or its Clients.
