About the Role

Partner with clients to drive innovative creative thinking in the creator space, focusing on identifying new trends, executing programs, and developing client relationships. This role requires a passionate team leader with strong creative, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities, capable of creating cross-channel media strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic lead for influencer and social marketing programs, guiding client strategy, team execution, partnership development, paid media integration, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate to develop and execute strategic social media plans, strengthening clients’ online presence and measurable impact.
  • Craft and edit compelling social media content and communications materials.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with Canadian influencers across various beats.
  • Serve as a trusted client lead, building relationships and driving programs forward.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, delegating, reviewing, and providing feedback.
  • Set the strategic direction for visual brand content, including video and short-form content.
  • Monitor industry and brand trends, translating best practices into ongoing improvements.
  • Support forecasting and manage budgets across client accounts.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience in a social media or influencer agency.
  • Experience and interest in beauty is a plus.
  • Genuine curiosity about how technology and innovation affects communication and social behaviors.
  • Passionately committed to collaboration.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Dynamic team player.
  • Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker.
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in social platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, WhatsApp, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Experience with effective measurement frameworks for social programs.
  • Experience in running social advertising campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage internal and external relationships, vendors, and agency partners.
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure.
  • Skilled at analyzing data, deriving insights, and building creative output.
  • Refined understanding of community management.
  • A curious and adaptable mindset, ready to continuously learn.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and its potential to benefit and amplify client campaigns.
