About the Role

This role focuses on delivering targeted outbound call support to a portfolio of UK offices. You will collaborate with Regional Heads of Department to drive new business generation and engage directly with clients to build, strengthen, and re-energize relationships with existing and former customers, unlocking new opportunities. This is a high-impact position for a confident, tenacious individual with a deep understanding of relationship-led sales.

Requirements

Confidence and credibility in conversations with high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders.
Proven success in business development, sales, or managing long-term client relationships.
Resilience, persistence, and motivation to follow through on long sales cycles.
A polished and professional communication style - both verbal and written.
A self-starter with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
Previous experience in property, luxury services, or a client-facing professional role is highly desirable.
