About the Role

The Savills OCM Analyst Programme offers six four-month rotations through specialist teams, providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry, Savills business, and the Living sectors. This program prepares Analysts for the APC and a career as a skilled real estate professional, with extensive support for qualifications like CFA or CFI.

Responsibilities

Assume a key role working on projects in both private and public markets across various service lines, including valuation, transactional advisory, development consultancy, capital raising, joint venture structuring, M&A, and debt advisory.
Gain exposure to growth sectors such as Build to Rent, Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, Co-Living, Senior Living, Hotels, and Self Storage.
Support senior team members in delivering exceptional client service.
Work independently and collaboratively within transactional or project teams.
Perform in-depth research and analysis on UK and European Living markets.
Gather comparable evidence to appraise asset values.
Build and utilize cash flow models in Excel for valuation advice or underwriting real estate transactions.

Requirements

Excellent academics, including an undergraduate or master's degree (2:1 minimum).
Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
Effective communication style with the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
Interest in and aptitude for Microsoft Excel (training will be provided).
Basic understanding of finance.
Demonstrable experience or interest in real estate (development, investment, private equity, or investment banking).
European languages are advantageous.
Passion, a 'can do' attitude, drive, and resilience.
