Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers.
- Maintain a clean, well-presented, and well-stocked kitchen area.
- Support chefs by maintaining high kitchen standards and assisting with simple food preparation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues.
- Operate the till point accurately.
- Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations and report incidents.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
- Focused on the front line.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Catering experience essential.
- Satisfactory references.
- Enhanced DBS check (where applicable).
