About the Role
Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Associates to represent a prestigious luxury brand, Nespresso. This part-time opportunity offers the perfect blend of flexibility, competitive pay, and personal growth, working independently at a kiosk within a retail location to engage customers, provide product demonstrations, and inspire purchases.
Responsibilities
- Create an inviting and interactive experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide expert knowledge on the luxury products and their features, offering tailored recommendations to suit each customer’s needs.
- Accurately record and submit daily sales reports.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk, including managing inventory.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally in a commission-based or goal-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles; formal sales training is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
- Self-driven and ability work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
- Access to a smartphone with internet capability.
- Valid Driver's license and access to vehicle is required.
