About the Role
Crash Champions is the largest founder-led multi-shop operator (MSO) of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S. We are committed to delivering superior collision repair service with a People First approach.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
- Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock estimates.
- Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards by performing in-process QC.
- Keep customers fully informed of their vehicle's status and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Pull and review data procedures for Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
- Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met.
