About the Role
Join the Very Complex Surgical Inpatients team at the Harley Street Clinic, an Outstanding-rated facility. This role offers a dynamic environment with diverse surgical specialties and opportunities for learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of care to patients within complex surgical specialties.
- Participate in patient-specific care pathways.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities for specialized training.
Requirements
- NMC registered Nurse
- Extensive post-registration experience in a Surgical Ward environment (Colorectal/Oncology surgeries) or A&E Experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Tracheostomy trained
