Wellio is hiring an Engineer to join our Product Team. We are a bootstrapped company focused on solving real-world problems for schools, prioritizing both speed and code quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of several major product initiatives.
- Improve development practices through code reviews and technical documentation.
- Help establish patterns and practices that make the monolith easier to work with.
- Be a trusted voice in technical discussions and architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive Ruby on Rails experience.
- Passion for building products that matter.
- Thrive on solving challenging technical problems.
- Get energised when seeing solutions make a real difference for customers.
- Take work seriously and keep the customer at the centre.
- Value clean code but understand that perfect is sometimes the enemy of good.
