About the Role
As an Apprentice Educator, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). You will provide safe and inspirational care to children, rotating through nursery rooms. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will transition into a qualified educator role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the ‘learning through play’ ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Support the daily routine, ensuring smooth transitions between mealtimes, naptimes, and playtimes.
- Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
- Learn to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Learn to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all areas throughout the day.
- Commit to the apprenticeship path and achieve the Early Years qualification.

- £19,656 - £20,717 per annum
