About the Role
Enter is helping homeowners save up to €2,900 annually by installing heat pumps and PV systems, addressing the challenge of rising energy costs. As Germany's leading energy consultant with significant funding and a growing team, we are pioneers in a rapidly expanding market.
Responsibilities
- Setup and further development of our material planning for heat pump and PV projects.
- Creation and verification of project-specific material lists based on technical plans.
- Procurement: Compare offers, place orders, and adhere to delivery dates.
- Coordination of timely material delivery with trade partners.
- Processing of shortages, incorrect deliveries, returns, and complaints with wholesalers.
Requirements
- Technical understanding of heating or heat pump systems, including the ability to create, read, and identify gaps in material lists (hydraulics, storage, accessories).
- 2+ years of experience in planning, order processing, or operational purchasing within the SHK (sanitary, heating, air conditioning), heating, or PV sector.
- Experience with wholesaler ordering channels (e.g., GC Online Plus, Richter + Frenzel) and with item structures/bill of materials.
- Proficient in Excel, ideally with experience in ERP/merchandise management systems.
- Structured and reliable working method for managing multiple parallel projects.
- Fluent German language skills.
