About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will maximize fragrance and skincare sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team. This role is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding, with a focus on personal development and flexible working options.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and inspire your team to be their best.
- Create an atmosphere focused on delivering amazing service, achieving performance targets, and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment.
- Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience in store, including passionately advising and selling products, acting as a brand ambassador, and maintaining the store's appearance.
- Take full accountability for the store meeting all legal and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all operational and commercial activities alongside the team.
- Form part of an area team, reporting to the Area Manager, and contribute to the brand's growth by identifying opportunities and adding value.
- Show resilience during change, generate ideas to solve problems, and drive results.
- Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Passionate about customers, people, and fragrance and skincare products.
- Possess exceptional commercial understanding and the ability to create a fantastic shopping experience.
- Be a team player who thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
- Adapt to change quickly and effectively bring the team along with new objectives.
- Be a great communicator, able to work naturally with people at all levels.
- Remain calm and approachable under pressure, with realistic expectations of others.
- Confidently problem-solve, make sound business decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas.
- Experienced in leading and coaching a high-performing team and effectively dealing with people issues.
- An effective multi-tasker who can plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
- Successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK.
- This role is not typically considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
