About the Role
Caxton Associates is seeking an Associate for its Investor Relations team in London. This role offers the chance to support operational initiatives, including updating investor reporting and marketing materials, preparing for investor meetings, and managing investor inquiries. The position provides significant cross-departmental exposure within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with fund administrators and investors.
- Manage and communicate all respective queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams on regular reporting and preparation of marketing materials.
- Support ad-hoc investor relations requests.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in fund accounting, operations, and/or finance.
- Strong methodical and communication skills, with the ability to interact with fund administrators and investors.
- Creative, hardworking, proactive, motivated self-starter, and result-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
- Strong academic track record; IMC or ACA qualification is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work with client-facing teams and directly with investors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates and operates with the highest degree of ethics and integrity.
