  • Lead the development of proposals, and negotiation strategies for assigned clients, helping them assess what levers they can consider using in the negotiation process, gaining internal alignment on approach, and converting strategy into term sheet development.
  • Lead the end-to-end deal execution process for assigned clients, including leading the commercial deal structuring and term sheet development, providing client guidance throughout the negotiations process until the contract is execution.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to facilitate LOIs, MSAs, SOWs, and revenue-share agreements, ensuring commercial clarity and risk mitigation on behalf of our clients.

Requirements

  • Expertise in structuring high-value deals and guiding negotiations for B2C brand partnerships.
  • Strong ability to translate data, market insights, and research into actionable strategies and prioritized initiatives.
  • Proven ability in developing business cases, financial models, ROI analysis, and incrementality frameworks.
