Responsibilities
- Coach modified baseball teams at Nottingham High School.
- Develop student athletes' skills, discipline, enjoyment of play, competition, and understanding of hard work.
- Prepare student athletes for higher levels of high school competition.
- Stress the development of academics, goal setting, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship at the high school level.
Requirements
- Must possess New York State Coaching Certification.
- Must have a Valid First Aid course.
- Must have Valid Adult CPR certification.
- Must have completed the Child Abuse Identification workshop.
- Must have completed the School Violence Intervention and Prevention workshop.
- Must have completed the Dignity For All Students Act (DASA) workshop.
- Must have Fingerprint Clearance.
- Must have a School District Recommendation.
- Must pass a fingerprint-based background check ($102.50 cost to candidate).
