About the Role

Responsibilities
- Answer data-related questions from business stakeholders across all departments.
- Build new dashboards and improve existing dashboards in Looker.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and translate data requests into clear results.
- Monitor data quality and work closely with our Analytics Engineers.
- Document KPIs and data sources, and contribute to our data dictionary.
- Write basic SQL queries for data exploration and analysis.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a data-related or analytical degree program (e.g., Data Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Economics) with at least two semesters remaining.
- Basic SQL understanding (syntax, filtering, JOINs, aggregations).
- Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to clearly prepare analysis results and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Practical use of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) for analysis, research, or problem-solving.
- Initial practical experience with smaller data-related tasks and ability to structure work with limited guidance.
- German language proficiency at B1 level.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
