About the Role
Monte Nido Western NY is seeking a Per Diem Registered Dietitian to join their team in Victor, NY. This role is a critical member of the leadership and clinical teams, collaborating with all disciplines to achieve optimal client care. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, dietetic interns, and early-career nutrition professionals.
Responsibilities
- Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, and proper documentation.
- Ensures all nutritional services meet established standards and regulations.
- Conduct nutrition assessments of clients, and monitor nutrition intake.
- Participate in the treatment team’s development of the Master Treatment Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, at minimum, in Nutrition or related human services field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- At least one year working (or internship) in healthcare; psychiatric setting preferred.
- Hold appropriate Registered Dietitian credential.
- Must have (or obtain) CPR/BLS before starting work.
- Strong computer skills.
- Passion for excellence in helping clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
