About the Role
Join a leading autonomous ride-hailing company helping shape the future of self-driving vehicle technology. We are hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support autonomous vehicle testing, safety operations, and vehicle readiness in real-world driving environments. This position is ideal for safety-focused drivers with strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to remain attentive for extended driving periods.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in public road environments
- Drive 4–8 hours daily with a strong focus on safety and awareness
- Perform vehicle readiness inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Conduct basic software and hardware operation tasks
- Support vehicle testing, logistics, and operational missions
- Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and performance metrics
- Help maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness
- Support movement and storage of vehicles and equipment
Requirements
- Excellent driving history and safe driving habits
- Ability to drive for long periods while remaining attentive and professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting and software operation skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work in fast-paced operational environments
- Clean background and driving record required
