About the Role
This position focuses on expanding business in the Japanese market by collaborating with channel partners, including distributors, panel builders, and OEMs. You will develop and manage account plans, build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and end-users, and drive sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop account and sales strategies, taking the lead in account strategy and making necessary adjustments.
- Set and achieve order and sales targets for each account and product group.
- Address customer requests and complaints to build long-term trust.
- Maintain and share in-depth knowledge of customer business strategies, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, business drivers, economic trends, and competitors.
- Continuously improve knowledge of assigned business unit products and customer products, seeking training to handle technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to research markets and products, gathering information on pricing, potential demand, and needs to contribute to future business expansion.
Requirements
- University degree or higher.
- Over 3 years of sales or technical experience in the electrical products business.
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 or higher.
- Basic business English proficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
