About the Role
This role supports a growing area of HCA UK within the primary care governance team. You will facilitate the delivery of a patient-centric quality governance and effectiveness agenda, contributing to the company's guiding vision of care and improvement of human life.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate high standards of governance and regulatory compliance.
- Support quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective systems and processes are in place for key indicators of clinical quality, serious incidents, adverse occurrences, complaints, poor clinical performance, document management, and patient safety.
- Provide administrative and project management support related to governance.
- Manage regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Support committee/forum meetings, including preparing minutes and agendas.
- Maintain action logs.
- Collate and format documents and report content.
- Prepare and collate inspection and accreditation data/documents for submission and use during inspections.
- Actively participate in governance and assurance monitoring and auditing processes.
Requirements
- Experience working in Healthcare and/or Governance (ideal but not essential).
- Excellent MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Sharepoint.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently at pace.
- A flexible attitude and enjoyment of working in an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A desire to learn and become more knowledgeable about governance.
