About the Role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a passionate Personal Trainer. Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members to achieve their goals. We support client base growth with a 3-day PT induction and continuous development through CDP courses. We foster an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions
- Provide programming plans
- Guide members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals
Requirements
- Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
- Passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals
- Overall great communication and interaction skills
- Self-driven with a positive outlook
- Passion about customer service

Salary/Compensations
- 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
