About the Role
Positions based at Iron Mountain client sites dedicated to delivering contract-specific services, operational support, and records management workflows for Iron Mountain’s Records and Information Management (RIM) solutions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure program compliance through customer education, process improvement, and policy adherence.
- Implement customer’s records management programs, including destruction, training, and system-specific instruction (e.g. IMConnect).
- Administer and coordinate program activities, such as processing records, maintaining databases, and providing customer support.
- Support system implementation for RIM compliance and provide user training.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, present recommendations, and resolve issues.
