About the Role
This is a remote, performance-based partnership opportunity for experienced closers seeking a more aligned, consultative role with autonomy and independence. The role focuses on meaningful conversations with warm, inbound prospects interested in personal growth and business programs, aiming to build leverage rather than just commissions.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured, high-quality discovery calls
- Help prospects gain clarity on their goals
- Assess alignment and guide them through next steps
- Run discovery / enrollment calls (Zoom or phone) for EST time zone
- Diagnose client needs and readiness
- Present aligned solutions with confidence and integrity
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups in CRM
- Own your schedule and performance
Requirements
- Experience in coaching, info products, or premium offers
- Preference for trust-based, consultative selling
- Desire for more flexibility and leverage what's working
- Readiness to move beyond just closing, and toward building
