About the Role
RSM is seeking a Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC Manager in the Greater Toronto Area to support our growing practice. This role involves leading client implementations, managing functional areas, and ensuring successful project delivery from requirements gathering to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead client implementation projects and functional areas.
- Manage project governance, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
- Oversee solution architecture.
- Directly manage implementation teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Collaborate with implementation teams, clients, and internal RSM support teams for successful implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 F&SC or previous versions.
- Management of at least four full lifecycle Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations or previous versions.
- Demonstrated success as a functional or technical lead of a Finance or Supply Chain D365 F&SC implementation.
- Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies.
- Deep knowledge in Core Business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
