About the Role
This role is a nine-month maternity cover for a Senior Network Performance Manager at a fast-growing boutique fitness franchisor. The position is based in central London and involves driving revenue growth across franchised studios, coaching studio owners, and participating in performance strategy discussions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, proficient with Mindbody, and understands the Pilates industry.
Responsibilities
- Increase average unit volumes (AUVs) across a portfolio of studios by providing operational recommendations, sales support, and business development solutions.
- Coach franchisees on lead follow-up, sales processes, management, leadership, and financial acumen.
- Ensure studios perform strongly in lead generation, lead nurturing, membership growth, member experience, and revenue, while complying with HQ operating standards.
- Assist franchisees in building and executing local market awareness and outreach strategies to drive membership and profitability.
- Utilize Mindbody and HQ data dashboards with franchisees to assess performance.
- Mentor Network Performance Managers alongside the General Manager, assisting them with problem-solving.
- Organize and lead monthly Network Performance calls, including setting agendas.
- Assist in managing onboarding for new team members and improving onboarding and professional development programs.
- Assess team productivity with the General Manager and develop strategies for improvement.
- Develop and implement the rollout of data visualization dashboards to the internal team and studio network, collaborating with the Data Analytics team for dashboard enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Education team and external partners on course materials, campaigns, training documentation, and SOPs.
Requirements
- Extensive, hands-on Mindbody experience is essential.
- Minimum of five years of experience in franchise network performance.
- Strong understanding of the Pilates world and the boutique studio model.
- Experience as a coach or instructor is ideal.
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of identifying problems early and managing multiple studios and deadlines.
- Confident in presenting to franchisees in various formats, both in-person and remotely.
- Skilled in building relationships with franchise owners and studio managers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make big-picture decisions and translate them into actionable plans.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be available to start in early November for a nine-month fixed term.
