About the Role
As the Resident Concierge, you are the first point of contact for prospects and residents, responsible for creating excellent first impressions and fostering positive relationships. You excel at personalizing interactions and making people feel at home.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
- Plan and execute events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring consistently positive experiences and a well-maintained community.
- Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
- Encourage satisfied customers to share reviews on social networking sites.
- Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
- Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A sharp professional appearance.
- Competent with various software, apps, and computer programs.
- An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating customer needs.
- A customer-focused mentality.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
