About the Role
Assist the LTK UK team in maximizing creator economic success. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about creator success factors and support UK business operations through fundamental tasks, workflow efficiencies, business process improvements, and data-driven reports. You will focus on the initial stages of the creator journey, including new creator approvals and communications regarding gifting and earning strategies via email and WhatsApp. This position operates at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce within a rapidly growing industry.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and approve creator applications for the LTK platform, ensuring alignment with company standards and eligibility criteria.
- Assist high potential creators with their LTK business growth, focusing on brand and gifting strategy.
- Apply social media theory to practice.
- Use AI to improve workflow efficiency.
- Support special projects to increase creator earning opportunities and team functionality.
- Conduct weekly performance reporting on creators, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Functional experience with multiple social media platforms.
- Creator knowledge and UK landscape experience of creator and retail.
- Experience of customer relations.
- Strong understanding of social media and creator marketing.
- Passion for growth and building on creator business opportunities and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, and Google Drive for data analysis, reporting, and document management.
