About the Role

We are urgently hiring experienced security professionals to join our team at a busy retail location in Lake Grove, NY. We are currently seeking Security Officers and a Shift Supervisor who are dependable, professional, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment throughout the property.
• Serve as a key point of contact for the security team.
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
• Complete reports and use basic computer systems.
• Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security experience required for Security Officer roles.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in security or a related field; OR 5 years of security experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, or in a comparable leadership role for Shift Supervisor roles.
• Active New York State Security Guard License.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule.
• Weekend availability is required for Shift Supervisor roles.
• Weekend and evening availability required for Shift Supervisor roles.
