About the Role
Join Grapple Law and help change the future of legal AI. You will translate real legal workflows and user interactions into structured product requirements, helping shape how legal services are delivered through technology. This is a challenging product role requiring natural language ability, systems thinking, and comfort working closely with lawyers & developers.
Responsibilities
- Translate legal workflows and user interactions into structured product requirements.
- Analyze real user conversations (employee-side employment law queries).
- Identify patterns, edge cases, and decision points in legal queries.
- Convert legal reasoning into structured workflows.
- Design and refine prompts used in legal workflows.
- Test and iterate on AI behavior.
- Consider different AI models and help reduce token spend.
- Gather and define product requirements from legal use cases, data, and user feedback.
- Design and structure AI workflows.
- Work with developers to improve existing systems.
- Collaborate directly with lawyers, developers, and product marketing.
- Act as a translator between users and development teams.
- Own the rollout of new features.
- Review usage data and suggest amendments.
- Provide internal training on how features work.
- Suggest and measure UX improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- 1+ years of AI product management experience.
- Some ability to code.
- Experience in working with LLMs in a natural language application.
