About the Role

Join thermondo as a Technical Support Specialist for HVAC/Heat Pumps (m/f/d) and contribute to climate neutrality. We value your interest in renewable energy and our core principles: our word counts, getting better every day, and growing stronger together.

Responsibilities

Independently place orders and track materials for ongoing construction sites.
Create articles in the ERP system as needed.
Serve as the primary contact for complaints and claims.
Ensure smooth material flow on construction sites and prevent shortages of critical materials.
Provide technical support to installation mechanics and field managers via phone, email, and Freshdesk.
Assist with technical questions on-site, such as calculating radiator valve settings.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned hubs.
Advise interfaces like purchasing, partner management, and customer service on technical matters.

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as an HVAC installer/mechanic or a commercial apprenticeship in HVAC wholesale.
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience.
Practical knowledge of heating systems and installation processes.
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in high-priority situations.
Proficiency in common software solutions.
Experience with ERP systems or Salesforce is advantageous.
Very good German language skills (C1).
Good English language skills (B2).
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with at least two days per week in the Berlin office.
