About the Role
The Associate, Investor Services is responsible for providing a spectrum of Transfer Agency servicing to clients, delivering the highest service level, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Process investor-submitted dealing orders and tax documents, issuing transaction contract notes and monthly statements.
- Obtain and review KYC documents from investors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate fund settings, investor, and transaction records.
- Process settlement instructions from investors and fund managers.
- Proactively follow up with investors on outstanding documents.
- Deliver required reports to fund managers within agreed timeframes.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from fund managers, investors, and auditors.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services, preferably in hedge funds.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work within a team towards timely and accurate production.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
