FINN Partners, a leading digital marketing firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards. This role involves managing client expectations, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams for project success.

Responsibilities

Strategically manage a portfolio of projects.
Create detailed project plans, manage schedules and budgets, and navigate adjustments.
Act as a communication hub for project teams, partners, vendors, and clients.
Set and manage expectations for the team and clients.
Achieve goals through negotiation, motivation, problem-solving, and feedback.
Motivate and guide the team to encourage positive energy and high-quality work.
Set up and maintain projects using software tools such as Kantata or Workfront.
Ensure the quality of information and communication.
Coordinate approvals and the finalization process for timely, error-free work.
Champion FINN goals, systems, and policies, fostering adherence to best practices and reinforcing a culture of excellence within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in an agency setting or comparable environment working with integrated teams.
4-6 years of project management experience in an agency setting.
Project management system experience is required.
Must upload resume and cover letter detailing prior work experience.
Must indicate desired hourly salary in $US Dollars within the stated range.
