About the Role
Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice and support across Gamma's UK Service Provider telecommunications business, focusing on the service. Work closely with the General Counsel and stakeholders to manage legal and commercial matters in a fast-paced technology and telecommunications environment, with a particular focus on commercial contracts.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on a broad range of commercial and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, and partner contracts.
- Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of contract templates and legal processes.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across management, sales, product, and other business functions.
- Identify, assess, and manage legal and commercial risks while supporting business objectives.
- Deliver clear, practical, and solution-focused legal guidance to colleagues.
- Support the General Counsel with legal, regulatory, and governance matters.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting the technology and telecommunications sector.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Pass a basic DBS check.
Skills
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification.
- Experience in a legal role in the Telecommunication industry.
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Experience providing commercially focused legal advice to business stakeholders.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across multiple functions.
- Pragmatic and balanced approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
