About the Role
Propark Mobility is hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and assisting guests with self-parking retrieval. You will also inspect vehicles, maintain company uniform appearance, resolve issues, and be an active presence outdoors, standing and walking for extended periods. Occasional assistance with items up to 50lbs and minor cleaning or maintenance tasks may be required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely.
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain company uniform appearance.
- Resolve issues and be a pleasure to be with.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
- Energetic and outgoing.
- Ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language.
- Friendly, professional approach to everyone.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
- Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
