About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a government healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a government healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy concerns, and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives as required.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
