About the Role

As a Senior Specialist, HR Service Delivery, you will join a collaborative team focused on delivering innovative HR solutions using the latest technology. You will support line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs, working closely with Centres of Expertise to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory and logistical support to line managers and employees on pay, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, and HR policies/processes.
  • Handle Talent Management System transactions for employee change requests, including letter creation and offboarding.
  • Resolve queries regarding internal HR systems to promote technology adoption.
  • Prepare reporting and analytics for client groups in collaboration with the HRIS team.
  • Provide backup to team members and participate in projects/initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in an employee-centric environment.
  • Post-secondary education with a focus on Human Resources or a similar discipline.
  • Ability to work effectively with leaders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple demands under tight timeframes in a confidential environment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong communicator capable of simplifying complex information and collaborating effectively.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Demonstrated experience improving processes, implementing new tools, or simplifying workflows.
  • Comfort working with data to drive insights and decisions.
