About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mobile React Native Developer to join our mobile development team. You will build and enhance innovative mobile applications, enabling users and managers to access critical services through intuitive, high-performing mobile experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly applications for iOS and Android.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using React Native and Expo
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, propose technical solutions, and estimate development effort
- Deliver responsive and accessible user experiences across a range of devices and screen sizes
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Implement app monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking
- Support localization and multi-language capabilities
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge-sharing resources
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with React Native
- Hands-on experience with the Expo framework
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and development best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
