About the Role
Gain a wealth of expertise and a diverse range of skills while maintaining work-life balance and wellbeing. This role involves delivering integrated planning, scheduling, and program coordination for the Metro West Project, developing complex schedules, coordinating contractor interfaces, and contributing to the delivery of a major transport program.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team delivering integrated planning, scheduling and program coordination and management across the Metro West Project.
- Develop and manage complex, multi-disciplinary schedules.
- Coordinate interfaces across multiple contractors.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of one of Australia’s largest transport programs.
- Undertake program impact, scenario and critical path analysis to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate the integration of contractor programs.
- Drive improved schedule accuracy, visibility and performance outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong planning and scheduling capability formed across major infrastructure, rail, construction or engineering environments.
- Skilled at analysing schedules and coordinating stakeholders.
- Experienced in Primavera P6, integrated program management and delivering reporting, risk analysis and scenario planning across complex projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven Primavera P6 and project management software expertise.
