About the Role
The culinary department is seeking qualified applicants for a Grab N Go outlet at the Highland Campus, which will offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, and smoothies.
Responsibilities
- Display a working knowledge of all ingredients and preparation used on the menu.
- Consistently ensure that stations mise en place is prepped, seasoned, and stocked throughout service and overall station remains clean and organized.
- Effectively participates in a professionally run service period, ensuring excellence in cooking, timing, plate assembly, and communication.
- Report violations under Title IX and, under the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), select individuals are required to report crimes.
- Perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the Grab n Go outlet.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen and/or a barista outlet.

- Must maintain a domicile in the State of Texas while working for the college and throughout the duration of employment.
