About the Role

Mine Gong calls, customer signals, and platform data for original insights to create cited content.

Requirements

1-3 years of professional content creation experience (in-house, agency, startup, media, or creator).
A portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates edge and originality, including pieces that may have been controversial.
Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, and ElevenLabs.
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different formats (customer stories, press releases, memes).
A bias towards rapid, scrappy execution, valuing completion over perfection.
A desire to push boundaries and make a tangible, industry-changing impact.
Ability to thrive in a mission-driven, curious, and collaborative environment.
Willingness to help shape the narrative identity of a category-defining AI platform.
