About the Role
We're looking for a temporary Fulfilment Associate to join our team in the US and play a key role in the success of our US operations. Driven by our values, this role will ensure our operations scale with purpose, precision, and heart.
Responsibilities
- Carefully pick and pack online orders, making sure every detail is right for our customers.
- Help keep our inventory beautifully organised and accurate, so the whole team can rely on it.
- Welcome and process inbound deliveries quickly and efficiently.
- Present each product with thought and care, so every package truly reflects the Astrid & Miyu experience.
- Work closely with the team, supporting one another as our volumes grow.
- Take pride in keeping our workspace tidy, safe, and inspiring for everyone.
- Aim to hit daily goals while staying flexible and proactive when challenges arise.
- Handle customer returns with care, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fulfilment, logistics, or operations is a bonus - but what matters most is your eagerness to learn.
- You’ve got a hands-on approach and feel comfortable balancing different priorities as they come your way.
- You care about the details and take pride in what you’re doing, delivering exceptional customer service.
- You’re happy working independently and as part of a small team, while also staying connected to our wider global business.
- You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of building something truly special.
