About the Role
We are seeking two managers for our residential facilities serving adults with mental health and addiction issues. These roles involve leading teams, ensuring quality standards, managing admissions and budgets, and contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. The primary work location is our Neukölln office, with facilities located across various Berlin districts.
Responsibilities
- Professional and personnel leadership and development of the teams, including personnel responsibility.
- Ensuring quality standards and supporting crisis interventions.
- Admission control and budget responsibility.
- Participation in the management team, supervision, management retreats, and internal/external committees.
- Contribution to the strategic alignment of the sponsor and the sponsor network.
Requirements
- Professional qualification as a social pedagogue or social worker.
- In-depth knowledge in the fields of integration assistance, addiction support, supported living, and working with mentally ill individuals.
- Leadership experience in the social economy sector.
- Interest in networking and conceptual work.
