About the Role
This role partners directly with the COO to drive the strategic, operational, and technology/data agenda for the Global Credit Financing business. It serves as a central point of coordination across various teams to execute key business priorities and support platform growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage critical controls related to operational aspects of the business, including trustee oversight, collateral documentation reviews, facility management, and portfolio data/analytics.
- Identify process gaps and control opportunities, coordinating issue remediation plans and supporting documentation for governance and controls partners.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business questions, translating outputs into concise summaries and recommendations.
- Partner with Technology, QR, Risk, and Front Office to drive tech initiatives, leading prioritization, designing requirements, coordinating testing, and ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
- Serve as an SME on all systems/platforms to ensure appropriate management of new and existing facilities.
- Prepare and refine senior-level materials, including weekly/monthly business/portfolio updates and materials for regulatory questions/exams.
- Work with structuring, underwriting, and operations teams to manage facilities, including oversight of draw/distribution requests and management of structural matters/questions and bespoke client requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related quantitative field.
- Experience in Markets, Financing, Credit, or Structured Products.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong written/verbal communication, including executive-level materials.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; organized and detail-oriented.
