About the Role

The Client Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the management of product delivery from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes coordinating customer requirements, capturing soft goals, collecting online media deliverables, and handling post-sale changes. Candidates must be logical thinkers with good communication skills, able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the receipt of online creative materials from Agencies and/or Advertisers to ensure creative deadlines are met for all media campaigns.
  • Build relationships with Advertisers to provide support and fulfill campaigns, aiming to build a loyal customer base.
  • Communicate campaign status, performance, and execution details with Sales, CSM, and Product Ops teams.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries via telephone and email.
  • Provide order status and performance updates to Sales Representatives.
  • Ensure proper revenue forecasting and recognition on a weekly basis.
  • Set up auto-reporting and manage manual client reporting deliveries.
  • Process Campaign Changes, including collaborating with sales and clients to set expectations regarding impact and timing.
  • Secure necessary proof of delivery and process month-end close tasks.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be logical thinkers with good communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator is a plus, but not a must.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Extremely reliable - team player.
  • Professional phone skills.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines, phone calls, and projects.
  • Must be a fast thinker and able to make decisions quickly.
  • Computer Application literate.
  • Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably to the advertising and agency marketplace.
  • Accurate data entry skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently.
