About the Role
Blue Nile is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial for fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate record-keeping within the company.
Responsibilities
- Process E-Commerce Orders – Pull, invoice, & package jewelry.
- Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests – Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments.
- Labeling – Print RFID tags for new jewelry.
- Returns – Process return, orders and tag items.
- Stocking – Scan items into their designated bins.
- Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking.
- Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory.
Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
- Basic computer skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc)
- Blue Nile will not consider sponsoring a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
