About the Role
Join a physician-led practice where you can build the practice you want with the resources, stability, and support of one of the Capital Region’s largest multispecialty medical groups. Community Care Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join our growing team in the Capital Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values clinical autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and a strong mix of obstetrics, gynecology, and office-based procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform a strong mix of obstetrics, gynecology, and office-based procedures.
- Participate in call schedule: 1 day per week + 1 weekend per month.
- Perform procedures including hysteroscopy, D&C, MyoSure, polypectomy, IUD insertion, and LEEP.
- Perform surgeries at a new ambulatory surgery center opening in 2027.
Requirements
- Completion of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD).
- Completion of an accredited internship and residency.
- Active license to practice medicine in NYS.
- Currently board certified by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board.
- Upcoming new graduates will be considered in a board-eligible status.
