About the Role

We are seeking a detail-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to own the quality, consistency, and substance of Aligned TG's market-facing assets, including the website, collateral, and digital content. This is a hands-on production role requiring precision and creativity to transform technical information into clear, well-designed, and trustworthy materials for buyers in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day website updates, including new pages, service/solution content, and landing pages.
  • Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns and offers, focusing on layout, load speed, and mobile rendering.
  • Manage on-page SEO to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Maintain site quality through routine audits for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Track and report website performance using analytics, recommending data-driven changes.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral such as solution briefs, pitch decks, case studies, and infographics.
  • Build and maintain a template library for consistent material production.
  • Apply and enforce brand standards across all assets.
  • Produce and edit video and visual content for web, social, and sales enablement.
  • Version and organize creative assets to ensure the correct files are in use.
  • Translate technical substance into clear buyer language, collaborating with technical teams.
  • Ensure all assets contain specific proof points, credentials, and clear calls to action.
  • Write and edit blogs, thought leadership, customer stories, web copy, email, and social content.
  • Ghostwrite for subject matter experts and executives, accurately capturing their voice.
  • Maintain the messaging framework for offerings to ensure consistent positioning.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns, nurture sequences, and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot.
  • Manage the organic social media calendar and produce supporting content.
  • Run paid digital and search campaigns, managing budget and performance.
  • Maintain campaign hygiene in HubSpot, including lists, forms, and lead capture.
  • Report on campaign performance, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the final quality check on all outbound materials before publication.
  • Partner with sales to identify collateral gaps and produce materials for active deals.
  • Partner with delivery and technical teams to ensure published service descriptions remain accurate.
  • Manage intake and prioritization of marketing requests, setting realistic timelines and communicating status.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, digital marketing, or creative production.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce polished, on-brand marketing materials with minimal revision cycles.
  • Hands-on website management experience, including building and editing pages directly in a CMS.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • A portfolio of work samples—collateral, web pages, and campaign assets—is required for consideration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong visual judgment and a sense of style.
  • Substance-driven approach to content creation.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and moves work forward independently.
